Canceling TIVO Desktop Plus

I bought the TIVO Desktop plus yesterday in an effort to get video onto my Creative Zen. I found it to be very slow, and found another program that will do it quicker. Now I would like to get a refund on Desktop plus, but after calling TIVO customer relations, no one there could help me. Any ideas?

Yeah, BOBCNN, the least you can do, after sucking us in, is give us the name of the "better" software. If not in this post, how about PMing us.
