Bush DFTA5 freeview box not working

Usual story folks, it's not changing channels.

I've tried the Bush, Packard, Freeview channel options on all speeds to no avail. To note, my previous Warfdale box did work but there was for some reason no channel 5 coming through, hence the Bush exchange.

Is there any magic that customer support will supply or is it a non compatible option basically?

Assuming that the Freeview box works perfectly on its own, it sounds like the Bush DFTA5 is just not supported by TiVo. You'll need to get someone with a Pronto (or similar) device to get captures of the remote codes and submit them for inclusion.

My best advice would be to send a PM to GarySargent and ask him if he knows of any forum members with a Pronto in your area who you might be able to contact...
