I have four zippered DTIVO's which have all been configured not to use showcases. On two of them the showcase option still shows up on the menu although when selected it says the option is unavailable. However when I look at the to do list in TWP it still shows the showcases as scheduled to record. Also, when I look at the info in TWP, it shows approximately 6-7 % of disk usage for expired TIVO clips.

Is there any way to delete these expired clips and reclaim the space? Also, is there a fix to make the TIVO stop scheduling the showcases? I tried the latest enhancement script and these two boxes still download the showcases. My other two boxes work fine.

I know you have heard this a thousand times but, nice job on the Zipper Russ and Gunny!!!

I tried what was discussed in this (http://www.tivocommunity.com/tivo-vb/showthread.php?t=324325&highlight=expired+tivo+clips) thread. Worked fine for me. My recording capacity went from 278Hrs to 313Hrs.

Thanks for the help!! This worked great... Now I'll just have to wait and see whether or not the boxes still record the clips. I removed channel 582 from the "channels I receive" list as well.

OK, I must be doing something wrong. After deleting the showcases in TiVoVision troubleshooting, running the nuke_deleted.tcl and mkdiskconfighijack.tcl files, I regained the drive space and all seemed well. I also reran the sc62remove.tcl script again and deleted channel 582 from my "channels I receive" menu. And after a few days, I still have two boxes that refuse to cooperate!! Both boxes are now recording the DVR Showcases, and the reserved space that I thought I regained is being used again.

I even ran the latest enhancement script and that did not work.

Two of my DTIVO's work fine and do not show the showcases entry in the DTV Central menu. But the other two still show the showcases entry in the menu, (even though if you select it, it says unavailable) and continue to download the DVR Showcases.

Is there something I am missing?
