How and to whom can I report an incorrect channel logo? My TiVo still displays the PAX logo for what is the i network.

Now being that "i" is pretty much the lamest channel in my entire lineup, I normally wouldn't care much. But a good friend of mine works for them so I figured I'd give it a try.

I tried using one of the forms over tivo.com, but there was no form that really fit this situation. THe closest was the channel lineup problems, but I got a response that basically said that it was not a channel lineup problem. I also tried to get my friend to find someone on his end, but I don't see any change after many weeks.

Thanks

Can you provide a few more details? I'll pass on the request to the appropriate folks. (I need to know channel numbers, your headend & lineup, and where we can find out info about the correct network logo.)

Thanks Stephen. I sent you a separate forum email.

I just wanted to add that this is probably not market specific. The last I checked my i networks still have the PAX logo as well. So it might be worthwhile to check the entire system for old PAX networks that now are i. (which reminds me to double check my TiVo to see if they ever got the OTA guide data correct for my i networks)

Indeed, I checked and I still have the pax logo on the new i newtork channel.

Not market specific? Does Oxygen get a Starz! logo for you? Another network gets a different Starz channel logo for me too. I thought it was market specific.

I'm sure the logos are specific to a certain channel and for local stations, it would be market specific. What I was getting at when I said it wasn't market specific, is in regard to the PAX vs. i logo. In that all former PAX stations (in many markets, just not the market of the OP) probably have the incorrect logo.

Hope this clears up what I meant.

I just noticed that the "PAX" logo was changed to an "ion" logo. Not sure if it's your doing TiVoStephen, but thanks for taking an interest!
