Programming Tivo Remote

I have a Koss KS3102 Home Theater, and I'm trying to program the Tivo remote to control it's volume - unfortunately, Koss isn't a brand listed in the Tivo setup... Does anyone know a way to program the remote to work with Koss?

Only with the Series 3 learning remote, or a Sony remotes. The standard peanuts cannot learn or have codes added.
