Help with new software

Ever since i got the new software 8.1 it seems that i am having alot of issues. I have had a bunch of reset on it own. Also on both of my machines i am nowing having that issue with the remote. If i hit a button it seems to be sending the signal twice. I know that this was an issue with other people machine after the last release. I was fine but now it is happening. Does anyone else have this problem with the new software.
