Black screen & no response

I have had my Series 2 for about 2 years & 6 months ago added a second hard drive. Today I had a strange problem. I turned on TV and had a black screen only, remote had no effect, no button did any thing. I unpluged unit and after a restart all seems to be working fine. Any ideals about what happened? :confused:

All sorts of little glitches can be fixed by rebooting the way you did.

The problem may or may not come back.
