They discontinued all direct retention calls. Now you have to go through a lot of CSR noise and get a PIN to talk to retention.

You know what they say about a company that feels it has to hide from its customers. It doesn't deserve to have any.

I called the friday after Thanksgiving and asked to speak to prevention and they put me right through. Wasnt that hard. And if you can call and talk to a CSR 24/7 how is that considered hiding? If a company wants to get access to a particular department under control they have that right. Its much ado about nothing.

Call 1-800-531-5000 when voice prompt ask what you want say "cancel service" or "retention".
