copy content TO Hughes HDVR2

I'm sure this has been asked to death, but I can't seem to find a definitive answer. I have a Hughes HDVR2 with Tytools and PTVNet 6.2 upgrade. I would like to copy content TO my Tivo. Is this possible? If so, where can I get the information?

There is a very brief discussion maybe still in the archives here, from several years ago, about a version of mfs_ftp called" mfs_ftp insert" that was deliberately crippled to allow it to be discussed here.
