My thomson pvr10uk has suddenly stopped working. The green light is on but the unit does not respond to the remote at all. Have tried powering up etc , but no joy. Any thoughts?

Is networked and do you have Tivoweb installed, if yes does it respond via that route ?

Dopey question also but have you replaced the remote control batteries ?

My remote packed up a few weeks back. New batteries didn't help, it was dead. Got a new one off Ebay easy enough.
