How to I change the source input on Tivo? I have a standalone Series 2, and I recently wanted to upgrade from composite cables to S-video, yet whenever I plug the S-Video cable from the Tivo (output) to the TV (input) I get a scrambled image. The composite works fine, but the S-Video doesn't. Can anyone help?

Make SURE you disconnect the Video cable from the A/V cables but leave the Audio connected.
You can't use both of the video outs at the same time.
I had the same issue when I went from A/V to S-Video and worked that way.
