Dish Screen Saver

My TIVO cannot change its channels due to a new technology added to my DISH. They now have a screen saver similar to a computer going to 'sleep." When a program is scheduled on my TIVO, it cannot change to the proper channel.

go to menu, then hit system setup
then hit installation,
then hit inactivity power off,
then hit disable, then hit save.

then exit out!
