I have a HR10-250.
If I buy Sunday Ticket on-screen for 1 week at $40, does it include the HD Channels?
I bought $40 weeks for like 1 week in each of the past couple seasons, but back then I didn't have a HD receiver, to know if it was included.
Also, are the HD channels blacked out, if the game is on local channel? What if your local affiliate doesn't have HD?
Thanks.

Several years! :) They don't advertise it.

more importantly, why the heck would you even want to pay 40 bucks for 1 weekend.
I guess to each their own, but that seems like a ridiculous amount for a weekend. I could spend 40 bucks at the sports bar and eat breakfast and lunch and some beers for under 40 bucks.

Especially a weekend in which there were 3 games played on Thursday.

Hrmm.....This is the first I've heard of this. I've had NFL Sunday Ticket for 4 years now but I can't see paying $350ish next year for ST and Superfan. I paid $229 and got Superfan for free. Its still too much though. My team is the Bears and we've had like 5 games on national TV. So I basically paying for $229 for 11 games. I know I get more games but I simply don't watch them.

don't feel too bad, i live in wisconsin and don't get half of the packers games. yeah, i know, they're terrible. They're still my team though. I had the choice of st or put a large directional antenna up to pull in a distant network.

It seems like if you can get a single week of ST ala carte, you should also be able to upgrade that week to superfan (SF) for a nominal fee, and get that weeks HD games in HD. But I have to admit, I don't have either. Ask them about SF when you get the week of ST.

So far this year the HD channels have not been blocked even when the game is available locally. The SD channels are blocked.
