programing peanut remote

I have an older direct tv tivo and lost my manual . need to program my peanut to my hitachi tv . I could use the codes and the procedure for programing. Thanks RJ

There are no codes in the manual of any tivo, directions and codes are all in the menu of the receiver.

Not to hijack the thread, but does anyone know where to find the code for a White-Westinghouse TV? There are none listed in the remote setup.

Give code 0091 a try.

Sorry, nope. There are 3 codes in the OFA universal remotes for white westinghouse, the first matches tivo code 0091. The other two there aren't any equivalent tivo remote codes for them.
