View Full Version : Series 3 Guide Data issue

I have a series 1, Series 2, and Series 3 Tivo. The Guide for 1 and 2 are just fine, but series 3 is missing various channels. On the these channels is simply states :Regular Schedule" from now until eternity. Ex: ESPN, INHD, INHD2 have this issue. Any thoughts as to why? Seems like all Tivos would be pulling guide data from the same place.

If you just set up the S3, it'll take a little while for it to catch up.

I am noticing this same problem on "UHD" or "Universal HD" that is channel 727 on Comcast here in the Bay Area.
None of the options on that form seem exactly correct - its not missing, and its got a valid-seeming channel name (NBCU = NBC Universal I assume). But there is just no guide data in the channel.
I reported using that form using the closest option I could find. Anyone know how long these take to resolve? UHD carries Battlestar Galactica in HD and I'd like to get that recording!

...Anyone know how long these take to resolve?...It can take anywhere from a day or two up to several weeks. Right after I got my S3, I reported guide inaccuracies, and it took nearly seven weeks to fix. Other, though, have reported much faster resolutions.
