I have had Comcast out for the past two nights. When we installed the first cablecard not a problem. Channel scan and setup went without a hitch. When we installed cc 2, I get the message "No channels could be found". Comcast thought it was the cablecard, so they said they would get another one and come back out. The tech brought three cards last night and all three gave the same error when in slot 2.
Is there some function that I am missing?

After installing card 2 are you waiting for the card info screen to appear or are you forcing it with the remote? If your using your remote that probably is the problem.
It can take some time for that second card to activate. Not a day or even an hour, but I would say wait at least 5-10 minutes. If by then the data does not appear automatically, the pursh the remote. You will notice the insturctions say to wait until the data screen appears.
