Please help with playing show on laptop

I have TiVo desktop installed. I have shows in Now Playing on Tivo Desktop. When I go to play them Windows Media opens but it does not play. When I click the show under Now Playing in WMP I see on the bottom it says Codec Required. Please help me fix this.

No, I take that back it does not say Codec Required, it say Aquired. So, I have no clue! I am running WMP11 and TiVo Desktop 2.3a.
