Series 2 drive move question

I have two Series 2 model 240 boxes with original factory drives, one is 80 GB and the other is 140 GB.

The 140 GB box is dying (picture loses all color after a couple hours of play time), and so I recently bought a new dual tuner box to replace it.

I would like to move the 140 GB drive from the dying box to the other Model 240 box, replacing its 80 GB drive (and then take the dying box out of service). Both boxes were just updated with the new "Fall update" software version 8.1.

I understand that I will lose all my shows when I move the drive, and will have to re-run guided setup. Should I expect it to work fine otherwise?

You can only do that if the first three numbers of the TSN are the same (i.e., 230, 140, 648, etc.). Otherwise, you need to backup the 80gb drive to an image using MFSTools and then restore/expand that image onto the 140gb drive.

Yep, they both start with 240 (I guess I didn't make that clear with my first sentence.)

Anybody know of any other issues before I go and do this?
