You have probably heard of woot.com, stay up until midnight and get a deal a day.
There is a new deal of the day site you can visit at lunchtime, they offered a 100% discount for everyone that bought the 2Gig iPod on their opening day Nov 1st and today their Smack Deal is for a Harmony remote.

How it works:
The Smack Deal cash amount continues to increase during the deal countdown until the product is sold out or the cash back is equal to 100% of the purchase price.

We offer up a limited number of items for the Deal of the Day. Once we sell out, we close the Smack Deal countdown for the day, so don't wait too long to buy or you may miss out.

The Cash Back Savings is the amount we credit to your Jellyfish cash back account when you submit your order. Your actual cash back amount is locked the moment your submit your order information to Jellyfish.

This amount shows the actual deal you are getting when you buy a Smack Deal of the Day. The amount takes the actual store price you will pay, and subtracts the cash back savings Jellyfish puts into your account after you buy.

This is the actual price you will pay today when you click to buy the product from the store listed below. Jellyfish will then credit your cash back account with the extra savings.

When you Click to Buy, Jellyfish takes your order information and locks in your cash back savings. We then submit your order directly with the Merchant, who will bill your credit card, process your order, and ship the product to you.

it's a cool site and i'm def checking it out

but it's not cool to put up a referral link here, i would edit your first post and just have it link to the main page WITHOUT the referral part.

Hmm, this is one twisted site. You buy things at retail, and then you get what's effectively a gift-card for Jellyfish.com for some random amount you can use on other things on their site (or rather, their network of sites). Furthermore, the number of items they offer on any day seems to be in the sub-50 range.

Cute idea, but it ain't no Woot (or Tanga, for that matter).

WHAT?

Where did you pull that info?

JellyFish is like ebates, fatcash, etc. rebates on click through purchases or the smackdeal...
Each time your balance gets above $10, we can mail you a check for approved cash back or transfer the money to your PayPal account. It's up to you.
