View Full Version : Tivo message # 62 (can't find HBO, Showtime, and Cinimax)

Anyone else in the Wichita, Kansas area using the COX cable system experiencing the loss of channels 14 - 15- 16? These are the Showtime, HBO, and Cinimax channel for this area. I just receive message # 62 from TIVO that these channel were no longer in my line up. I have gone to channel line up and deleted all of the channel and then forced TIVO to restart and see if this would solve the problem, no luck. If you go out of TIVO you can still see 14 - 15- 16 on the direct cable lineup and watch programs, just can't get TIVO to see them! Anyone have a suggestion?

I noticed a few line up changes for my Series 3 from Cox. While I don't have the premium channels, you can go here (http://customersupport.tivo.com/LineUpForm.aspx) and let them know about the problem.

In Wichita. Me too. Earlier today the channels were gone, and while I can now find them by inputing direct, they are not recognized in the lineup.

Good luck reporting it. I reported a lineup problem over 2 weeks ago and they still haven't fixed it.

If the channel lineup has been renamed instead of just altered, you may have to repeat guided setup and choose the new correct lineup.
