cablecard info screen randomly pops up?

New Series 3 seems to be working right, aside from a few minor glitches. The most annoying is that every so often, the cablecard information screen pops up and you have to press "clear" to get it to go away. It's the same screen that comes up after you first insert the cards. Why does it still do this now that both cards are set up and working?

I had a similar problem with my Sony television and a CableCard. Turns out it was a "bad" card. Once replaced with a card from a newer shipment, I never had the problem again.

I really don't want to have to mess with the whole "stay home for 6 hours to wait for comcast" thing-- is there some way to disable the cablecard popups from the tivo menu?

The cards are otherwise working correctly-- it seems like it ought to be easy to just turn off the messages. A few options like this from tivo's end might make dealing with the cablecard mess easier.
