I installed my series 3 a few weeks ago and transferred the lifetime service to the new box and they gave my old box one year of continued service for no extra charge, but "My Account" reports that my old box still has the lifetime license, whereas the new one is listed as only having the free year of service that my series 2 should have ("Service Only, 1 Year, Prepay; Account in Good Standing"). It should be the other way around. Is anyone else having this problem, or did they just mess up my account? When setting it up, the agent said something about it taking up to three months to reflect correctly, but it still seems strange.
