The Venture Bros. has a scene after the end credits.
Are there any others?

Seinfeld and Friends used to do this. It's called a "tag" and I always thought it was a good idea, because it keeps the viewer on the channel through the final commercial break and hopefully they'll start watching the show that begins immediately after that. From that standpoint, I've never understood why every show (at least every sitcom) doesn't do this.

The Office does it occasionally.

Actually The Office just started doing it this season, and I'm sure it's for the reason I mentioned above. The Office used to end abruptly at about 25 minutes into the show, and I'm sure it gave viewers a chance to surf and find other networks. This way, they dovetail the end of The Office into the beginning of the next show, in this case Deal or No Deal, and hopefully retain some of those viewers.
