Another 6.3a bug

How would I go about reporting a bug in an unsupported feature? I have the clock in the lower right hand corner enabled, and if I'm playing something back I've recorded, and pause the program, the clock pauses as well, and updates itself as soon as I unpause.

You can contact DirecTV, but don't expect them to do anything about an undocumented/unsupported feature.

That's what I figured. I'd probably have better luck with Tivo. Is there anyway to email them?

I have noticed that as well, but I have also noticed that on mine the clock pausing is not consistent. Sometimes it pauses and sometimes it does not. All 3 of my 6.3a boxes manifest the bug though at one time or another.
