I have one major problem that has been bugging me ever since hooking up a high speed Internet connection to my TiVo. That is that I have never had any Yahoo or Fantasy Football services listed. Although, I did see “Product Watch” for about a month. Still, I can manually add apps.tv and use those programs.
After a number of calls to TiVo, they determined that it was my ISP. Now I find that I have the exact same symptoms using a totally different ISP.

Now, if I shut off the TiVo server program on my computer, or shut of the computer, and click on TiVo’s “Music Photos and More,” I briefly get the Nikon option then the screen goes to “Manually add a server.”
If I restart the TiVo server program on my computer and click on “Music Photos and More,” I get the Nikon option and my Music and Photos. At this point I can use the Nikon option.
Is this normal when the Yahoo options are not listed?

All external TiVo programs need to come from the Internet somewhere. What incoming ports (from the internet) need to be open? What IP addresses response back to the TiVo?

I’ve recently setup my system to be the router and setup Zone alarm pro to monitor everything TiVo related. I see all the outgoing and incoming traffic to and from the TiVo. There is just too much “dangerous” incoming traffic to open all the network ports to have access to my system. TiVo has a list of ports to open up so that your PC can communicate on you local network. Is there a list of incoming ports required for a TiVo to communicate to external systems on the Internet?

I can not figure out what is wrong! I think it is the TiVo.
