Looking for help with two problems that have been happening sporadically over the past six months or so. First, the image is broken, as if we are receiving pixels from multiple frames. Restarting the system doesn't help. There doesn't seem to be any pattern. The occurence is random. The second problem, which seems unrelated, is when changing the channel it automatically starts advancing and won't stop. We have digital cable and have had TIVO just over 2 years.
