Need tivo for cable and satellite tv?

I own a tivo series 2 box, I want to get a new one that tapes 2 shows at once. My dilema is I need a tivo box to use with digital cable and satellite directv. We are living in a rental while building a new house, we have cable here, then when we move to our house we have directv there. We build and sell houses every 2 years. So it would be nice to just have one box that would work with both cable and satellite. I read the descriptions for the boxes, but I didn't see one that did this. I wondered if someone out there knew of one of these that worked with both, or had another suggestion.

The dual-tuner (TCD649080) box will work with DIRECTV and cable, but you cannot record two DIRECTV stations at the same time.

And the cable is analog cable. The DT supports only one STB. An ST supports cable box and satellite box at the same time, but can only "record" one at a time.
