My request: Is there anyone out there that has an mfsbackup of their 250gig HR10-250 that I could get? (my software version is currently 3.1.5f if that matters). Please respond with your email address or something if you can assist. (sorry, couldn't post my email address because i haven't posted 5 times here).

Reason for the request:
My HR10-250 hard drive seems to be dying. (the menu freezes, the video stutters, tivo won't respond to remote commands occasionally, tivo reboots itself occasionally after these issues, and lastly I can hear a rhythmic grindy kind of noise from the hard drive).
I'm in the middle of doing a backup-restore onto another 250gig (WD) drive and things might not be going so well.
I successfully did the mfsbackup (-f 9999 -6so [file] [dev]) and the restore seems to be going ok initially... it takes about 2 minutes to get to roughly 16% complete and then just seems to stop there... one hour later and it's still at 16% complete (and the hard drive light is solid thru the whole process). I'm pretty sure i'm doing everything right (using the Large hard drive enabled MFSTOOLS CD/etc)...
I'm gonna let it run overnight to see if it finishes. I'm hoping it'll finish and the new drive will boot up, but I'm not so confident that it will. I'm wonder if maybe the OS on the tivo is corrupt and this is causing problems trying to do a backup-restore?
