HELP - 6.3 Upgrade, can't change channels now

My Tivo is upgraded to 6.3 and now I can't use the Channel up/down keys to channel change or channel surf. The remote works becaues I can use these keys to move up and down the Tivo guide, and to move within menus. Also, I have harmony and Pronto remotes and neither can change channels.

Same thing happened to me two times. First time I just unplugged it for a min. and when it rebooted all worked fine. Second time I tried same thing and it did not work so I left it unplugged over night and it has worked fine since.

I ran into the same problem after my update. Turned out it was because my default guide was 'favorites'. Which the upgrade deletes, so there were no channels in my default list. If that's the case, resetting your favorites list will fix.
