TIVO rebate

Wells thanks to the tivo community, before I sent in my rebate i copyed everything and had the packet signed for at tivo. 5 weeks later, they say they have never recieved it.....now i am suppose to resend everything and wait again..

Just call them as they are taking about 45 days to enter your sent in data not the 21 days they say. When you call just give them the info on the phone and they will set you up as if they got the paper work. They did this for me giving me a new number so when the paper work hit I got a post card saying that the rebate was invalide because of dup TSN, which is OK because I should not get two rebates per single TSN.
