DVD Styler Question

I have tried DVD Styler several times and I always have the same problem.

On my computer through windows media player all is fine when putting the burned dvd in. However, once in my dvd player to view on tv the menu sort of scrolls on the screen. Anyone know why this is happening?

You may have the PAL versions of two files that cause this problem. The post contains a reference to the location of the NTSC files.
