MRV problem please help

When I try to transfer a movie that I paused in living room I no longer have the option to "transfer from paused location" I am forced to choose the ONLY OPTION "transfer this recording" and then it starts transferring from the beginning. Bummer when I am 2 hours into a 3 hour movie. PLEASE HELP Thanks

You cannot pause the program and then transfer it. Your tivo has to be back on Live TV or in the Menus to transfer that recording that is "paused".

Here is the easy fix - When you are watching something and want to "transfer from paused point" in another room - DONT simply pause the program - instead, simply hit the TiVo button. Your program will be automatically paused and the "Transfer from paused point" will be an option.

Took me a few tries to figure that out. I was getting the same problem thinking I could just pause the show and then transfer it. The option was not there.

Give it a try, it works perfectly.
