How is this different from something like DVico's FushionHDTV USB box? It also does ATSC, (clear) QAM, and NTSC, and has been available for quite some time. Am I missing something? (asking seriously, not sarcasticly).

So I guess no good deed goes unpunished in the TC, huh? Your link is to the coffeehouse. It is not last month's news here. But to the trend-dependent among us, reporting this must still seem "so September, 2006".
While similar to other products, it is a new option, and therefore one more option. Just trying to share. If it is of no interest to you, they why not just opt to not bump the thread? Pot shots for no real reason don't become any of you, and makes the rest of us question your motivations.

I have a Dell Inspiron that has a 17" 1920 x 1200 display. I also have the Dvico Fusion USB tuner, and it looks absolutely sensational!!

I've had a Cat's Eye USB HD tuner for a while that does the same thing. It's only around $80.
