i have a problem when i'm trying to connect to the service, even when i'm trying to update the phone #'s - it always gets stuck at the connecting part while 'negotiating'. is there away to fix it?

How are you connecting, by phone line or by network? If by phone, is it a standard phone line or do you have VoIP through Vonage or AT&T or similar? What make/model Tivo?
