View Full Version : TiVo Rewards site still mucked up

It's been a couple of weeks now since the TiVo Rewards site began reporting incorrect total points for members with a lot of referrals. How hard can this be to fix? You add up a column of figures and subtract rewards already claimed! It's pretty obvious TiVo is more concerned about pushing new units and new subs rather than trying to make existing customers as satisfied as possible. Maybe the one guy or gal who fixes stuff like this is on vacation???

It actually deleted the data, you need to call tivo and they will manually add your points back in

I called twice and they said they would fix it but the second time was over a week ago.

call again, it took like 18 million calls for them to fix mine

I decided that 18 million calls was more than I was willing to make, so decided to wait a bit longer. Today I find that the rewards account now shows the correct total so hopefully all their problems with the site are now corrected.

Mine was corrected, took some time, but they handled it.
