S1 DSR6000 - had 160GB WD drive, ran Instacake for DTV DSR6000 for the $20 - did nto work - stayed in POWERING UP mode. Ran trhe additonal utilities for copykern and lba isseus - stil stuck in powering up mode. Bought new 250 GB WD EIDE drive - ran instacake - stuck in powering up mode. About to run the utlities again, figuring what the heck - but wondering why instacake is not working when DSR6000 was working fine before I starteed to futz with it to get upgardes.
Any thoughts on what to do next?
Also, does 30 second skip come in instacake or not - do I need to use the mfstools CD to add fweature back in?
