Can't see menus

I have an HR10-250 and updated to 6.3 a. Now however, when I go into any menu I cannot see very well because it has full Transparency. How do I adjust the transparency on menus. I cannot find anything on this in the manual.

This is usually a sign of a bad image if i remember right

Not at all. Pulling the drive is the only way to re-image it.
