How heavy is a tivo in original packaging?

Hav eanyone shipped a Tivo Series 3 at their own expense? I nee dto return my Tivo series 3 and do not have a set of scales to weigh the package. Wondering if someone who did the sam ething knew how heavy the package was?

Based on the shipping label they used to send one to me, Tivo believes a double-boxed series 3 (retail packaging inside generic cardboard) is 17 pounds.
