I'm guessing bottom right is for CONNECTING to Tivo Server via Internet.
What it top right blue light, never seen it come on yet ... and they arent exactly labelled!
I think the bottom right turns on whenever it receives a remote signal. The blue light... Not sure.

They are in the manual. Now read!
So, what's the answer, for those of us who aren't home and therefore don't have the manual nearby?

From manual:
The blue LED indicates a recording in progress from the DMR's network connection.
The orange LED is lit when the DMR's modem is in use. It also flashes in response to remote control activity.

It'll be interesting to see if the blue one starts coming on with the Nov. update (TiVoCast) or if it's only going to be a MRV/TTCB thing.
My light won't be coming on when TiVoCast is enabled. So far, the TiVoCast content looks pretty lame. Nothing I'm interested in.
