HELP.......My Tivo 3 installation has been a nightmare with Comcast Cable Tinley Park, Illinois. All of the Comcast personnel have been wonderful, but after a week, two installers and hours and hours on hold with tech support, I still am not sure the cards are working properly. It seems as tho Tivo is working. I can get most of my channels thru it - some I cannot but I have to call Comcast on it because I can get them on my antenna side. However, when I go into the Tivo settings and go to Cable Card and then test channels - I get a message on each card that there are no channels available, even though I can watch channels!!! What is that about? I called Tivo tech support and he really could not help me. Said there is a software update coming out "sometime" and maybe that would solve the problem. He had never heard the problem before, however. Has anyone else??????
