Tivo 3 eject buttons

Has anyone had a problem with the eject buttons for the cable cards? One never worked and the other one quit working after taking the card out a couple of times. Should I make this a big issue? To remove the cards you have to use pliers.

I've seen quite a few reports of this. Search the forum and you should find a few threads on it.

One of the eject buttons on one of my S3 units is broken as well. Although if I push it hard it pops out the card just enough where I can grab it with my fingers, so I don't need pliers. Although it does take a bit of work to wiggle it out with my fingers.
