I have a series 2 Tivo. I've never had any problems transferring from my Tivo box to my pc before.
I clicked Pick Programs to transfer and saw I had 14 recordings. One of which was a manually recorded show, which I wanted to transfer to DVD. I selected that show, and thought it was transferring, but there was no target file.
I cancelled the recording, and received an error message that the program was not responding. I closed the TIVO desktop and restarted. When I selected pick recordings to transfer, it still showed 14 items, but the manually recorded show was blank.
There was a message "No Details Available," and when I clicked it, there was an error message stating that "There was an error while attempting to retrieve data from the selected DVR."
The other programs were in the list, and I tested one and had no trouble transferring that file.
Is there anything I can do?
