My Tivo desktop was running fine, now it will not even open. I get a message "transfer service not running" with try again, or cancel buttons. Now I am getting a message "Beacon service not running." Any thoughts. I see my Tivo is live and connected in my wireless network. And the network seems to be working. Thanks for any help.
