I traded in 8000 points for two Tivo Remotes. The garish red ones. I figure they will be harder to lose. Anyway the envelope arrives today...the packing slip says it included two remotes and only one is in the envelope. I have been searching to see who I can contact about this but to no avail. Anybody know an email address or phone number I can call about this problem. Thanks guys.
