No HD then.
I seriously doubt Iowa has any way of delaying HD programming.

Well, if you really want to see it, you'll have to suffer with standard def tv... :)

NBC is running episodes 2, 3 and 4 this Sunday night between 8 and 11 eastern time.
Likely NBC affiliates digital stations will run all three in HD.

Darn, I guess that means no Sunday night football.

Iowa Gubernatorial debate.
Iowa must like their debates to be late at night. The Governator had his debate at 7:00pm, plus it wasn't even on TV. You had to watch it live online streamed (at least in my area).

Keep in mind that TV shows in the central time zone air one hour earlier than anywhere else in the country.

While that or a download is probably the OPs best choice, I did notice that on SciFi, they edit out some parts of the show, presumably to fit in more commercials. For example, in the first episode, they completly removed the dinner scene with the cheerleader and her mom - the scene picks up with the cheerleader (sorry, the name just won't come to me) at the sink cleaning the dishes. Other scenes were adjusted as well - nothing critical but still, kinda cheesy.
Oh, and to the reason I ended up seeing both (just to head off any "you like it so much you watch both?!?" postings) is that I watched the NBC broadcast, deleted the show, then discovered that the wife wanted to watch it as well, so I recorded and watched the SciFi broadcast.

Dang, you spoiled the show. I wanted to be surprised by someone doing dishes. :)
Thanks for the replies...I'm glad it's being rerun, I'm sick of having to download and burn shows.
I watched last week's episode again instead. Like "Lost," this show is just as good the second time.

NBC.com's REWIND service apparently is making their most recently aired episodes of almost all their new shows available to view online for free. Besides the premiere it looks like they are only making the last broadcasted show available, so you've basically have a week before the next one airs...
Still, it's a nice fall back.
