LOGO's and Tivoweb

Got the GSOD whhich was proved to the hard disk, got a new one (thnaks to tivoheaven) and are now setting it up again. However inTivoweb I cannot get the logos to assocaite with aerialplugs logo set.

Where do I need to copy these on the tivo for tivoweb to used them on the "auto associate" logos?

Also tried to use "loadlogos.tcl" but this comes up with errors as well.

its such a long time since I set this up first time just need some help.

Aren't there instructions within the "loadlogos" ZIP archive?

Anyway, my logos are in '/var/hack/logos' with loadlogos.tcl in the directory above; ie '/var/hack'
