Tivo Server dropps before completing conversions

I have a dozen or so files that I have downloaded from my TiVo but were never converted to H-264 because the server dropped. Is there a script or some way I can take the files in TiVo format on my PC and just run the conversion routine since the originals have long since been deleted off of my TiVo?
