Successful program updates, but still get repeats

I often get repeats recorded, even though it's set to not record them. When I check the Now Playing List, I can see why, the episode information is not updated, it's just the generic description of the show. But when I check to see if I successfully received the program updates via my network, it says yes, successful.

How successful is it if I still get repeats. What's the explanation?

I am using a D-link wireless USB adapter to a D-link router. The signal quality is always around 60%. The connection is good, I use TTG all the time.

That has all to do with the information Tivo receives from their programming guide provider.. I believe Tribune... If they don't have correct episode information the Tivo suffers.
