I just scheduled my move through directv movers connection. I am having the new dish installed (5 lnb) I was told that I could still use my hr10-250 with this dish, is that correct?

I plan on getting my hd locals off air as I did at my old address, but wanted to be able to upgrade and get them via satellite if reception was poor, or when they stop supporting the hr10-250

Yes, you can use the AT9 with your HR10-250
However, you will want to run a dedicated line for your OTA signals.

Outside the type of dish. If the date that your install is important, call them a week ahead of time to make sure hte date is confirmed, then call them a day before to make sure.
