I have 6.3a for about one week. I get audio dropouts like everyone with 6.3a. Have you guys checked if directv phone update is answering? I've tried 4 different phone numbers in Northern Virginia and none of them answer - even though the phone dials in and is connected ok - whether I call in manually or when it tries automatically on the next scheduled call... I always get call failed not answering.
Check your last call atempt and see if it's successful or failed... Mine call is always failed now for the last week - seems ever since I received 6.3a.
